  1. Wait a minute, another Superuseless . . . I found your blog when I googled myself. I like yours better too. Good, funny stuff. I've moved to Wordpress so you will have blogger all to yourself my friend. So do you do a web comic? A print comic? I do a zine called SuperUseless--I've got a lot of comics in there too. Hope to see more of your stuff. --sam.

  8. That's not really superuseless. Just shoot yourself in the arm 12 times and voila! One arm less, but invincible!

  9. The trick is to shoot yourself in the foot 12 times.

  12. @sackofcatfood, don't forget that only the 13th bullet will bounce. The 14th will penetrate the skin again.

Definitely won't be a poster child for Justice League of America.

  18. Even with only the 13th bullet being deflected, you could still use it to your advantage if they don't know about your power. Just make sure they have only one shot at you, after you've shot yourself 12 times.

  24. I really enjoy your work.

I'd love to see you do a tribute to the artist Wesley Willis.

Listen to his song Outburst off the album Rush Hour.

It tells the story of a man with the superuseless superpower of having uncontrolled outbursts.

  25. I'm sure she lives a very secular lifestyle or otherwise I don't see how she could've ended up in such an obviously dangerous Clay Shooting if she was a spiritual person.

  26. Another super useless super power. The ability to com-bust into flames, but not be fireproof.

  27. Folks, I really think you should know this. On Ireland's state radio broadcaster, 2FM, there exists a venerable (and now elderly and in some quarters revered, others reviled) "jock" named Larry Gogan, who's a big hit with the ladies... over 70's. His "Just A Minute Quiz", well known throughout our beloved land, featured the following two days ago (6th Jan 2010).... LG: "What does the S on Superman's costume stand for?" ... "Ehhhh.... Simple?"

  28. My token power:
The ability to create ice... in small quantities, at the same rate as a connventional freezer. Still an impressive power, but not very handy, unless at parties. Picture our hero throwing ice cubes at assailants (after he's asked them to wait 30 minutes or so).
